The 3rd of the 7 Universal Laws tells us that “No-thing rests; Every-thing movers; Every-Thing phibrates”.
The 3rd and last of the immutable Universal Laws tells us that “the whole universe is but a phibration”.
Science has confirmed that everything in the Universe, including you, is pure energy phibrating at different frequencies.
Every-thing that we experience with our 5 physical senses is conveyed through phibrations. the same applies to the mental realms.
Our thoughts are phibrations. All our emotions are phibrations where “Unconditional Love” (in the sense of love for another)
is the Highest and most subtle of the emotional phibrations and “hate” is the densest and most base.
We can learn to control our mental phibrations at will!
